Born in Ft. Lauderdale, John has been practicing law in South Florida for over 35 years. After graduating from the University of Florida as an accounting major, John earned his CPA certification. Since being admitted to The Florida Bar in 1985, he has devoted his practice to estate planning and administration as well as business and tax planning. Actively involved with numerous private foundations, he is a member of the Advisory Council of Mote Marine and the South Florida Advisory Council for the University of Florida Foundation.
The bulk of his clients are located in Miami-Dade and Broward County, where he services the specialized legal needs of successful entrepreneurs and professionals, closely held companies, and wealthy retirees. John also maintains a strong client base from Key Largo to Key West, and regularly works out of the firm’s Key West satellite office.
John resides in Coral Gables with his wife, April, a former computer engineering systems analyst who is now a full-time mom. They have three children.
